Shipping Information
Hey there, gorgeous! Here's everything you need to know about how we’ll get your goodies to you.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Note: Excludes Darwin and WA, which may have longer estimated delivery times. |
International Shipping
Please note: Business days are Monday to Friday. While we strive for speedy delivery, we can't be held responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues. |
PO Box Shipping
- Domestic: We ship to PO Boxes within Australia.
- International: Unfortunately, DHL (international) does not ship to PO Boxes.
Processing Time
We aim to get your order packed up and shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving it!
During busy sale periods, things may take a little longer, so we appreciate your patience.
Please note: Our shipping timeframes begin once your order is processed, so allow a day or two for us to prepare everything. Estimated delivery times are guides only, as couriers can encounter delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder! If it's still missing, feel free to reach out.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID. Use this ID on the DHL or AusPost website to track your parcel’s journey straight to your door.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you’re securing an item that’s not yet available. Your payment will be processed at checkout, and we’ll ship your item as soon as it arrives. Estimated arrival dates are provided, but they may shift slightly depending on stock. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we’ll ship everything together once all items are available.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it’s locked in, so please double-check your cart before completing checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t make changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed.
Split Shipments
We generally ship orders as a single delivery, but occasionally, items may arrive separately due to varying stock levels. We’ll always keep you updated if this happens.
Responsibility for Delivery
Once your package is handed over to the courier, it’s in their hands. Be sure to double-check your shipping address when ordering — we can’t be responsible for address errors, lost packages, or courier delays. If you encounter any delivery issues, the courier will be your best point of contact.
International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We don’t cover these fees, and if a parcel is refused, there may be a charge. Please keep this in mind when ordering internationally.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to postal restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, and Syria. If anything changes, we’ll let you know!
